Hi, I have a 93 honda civic, bought the drive shaft axle & half shaft, but the old axles won't come off from the arm, seems to be stuck there, already tried with a c- clamp, hammer it,ply it out nothing seems to work.
what can I do?

I will assume the big nut on front has been removed? It should slip out of the splines in the hub, and use two prybars and pop it out of the differential...If rust is holding it in the hub, use a ball peen hammer and hit the end of it, it will come out!
Step by step:You'll need a socket large enough to remove the axle nut, and a tool to break the ball joint free. Then just pull the strut rotor and all outward until the cv-joint clears the knuckle, I would change the whole shaft, Reanufactured axles are pretty cheap, and it's quicker and easier than messing with seperating the old joint! Use a bucket under the inner joint to catch any tranny fluid that might leak out!
