Is there a A/C fuse inside the car if so which one is it because I can not find out which one it is?

Hi Juice740,
Yes and it is the rear window defogger relay, ABS motor relays. It is used for energising the main AC relay when Ignition is switched on.
No 13 (7.5 A) if my data is correct.

You should also check you a/c relay under the hood in the fuse box, seen several of these gone bad in the last few weeks.
