Steering problem
1992 Honda Civic 4 cyl Automatic

What is the problem if when driving the vehicle the wheel starts making knocking noises? What kind of part needs to be replace? and how to replace it?

If it is only while you are accelerating it is most likely a worn CV joint or tripod. Either way, the axle will have to be replaced. Have a look to see if you see any torn axle boots.
