the oil pressure light came on today and the engine was low on oil level , this was refilled however the engine is a bit knocky and there is some oil vapour in the air intake.

Also there is a loss of coolant from the radiator and it seems to have a build up of pressure in the system i am considering replacing the thermostat to see whether it will correct the problem

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge if normal replace the oil pressure switch if abnormal could mean the oil pump or engine bearings

2nd problem good idea w/thermostat
