Typical right hand threads throughout. The harmonic balancer is the pulley you are trying to remove. Good luck getting it loose. I have had to resort to car in gear foot on brake and turn OR I get lucky with an impact wrench.

The easiest way to get the bolt to break free is with an impact wrench. But I have been able to take mine off with a breaker bar and a long cheater bar atttached to the end of the breaker bar. Hope nobody put red loctite on the threads last time it was done. Good luck!
