Engine Mechanical problem
1991 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

Hey guys got a question I need some help here with. I own a '91 civic dx with 358,000km on it. It has a new dist. cap, new wires, new plugs and just as of two weeks ago a new ignition module (igniter) as well. The problem I am having is that sometimes (usually under acceleration/load) there is what seems like a bad miisfire occouring as the car will jolt and lurch very violently. I cleaned out the cap and made sure it was dry and that all wires were snug but I still seem to have the misfire. I know that the distributors on these things heat up a lot and wear out quick but I only have this problem under acceleration and full throttle. What other things should I be checking that could cause this?
