1990 Honda Civic Main relay

I have just replaced the head gasket. When I turn the key to on, the main relay clicks consantly. I can also hear the fuel pump clicking too. The battery is ok. The engine turn over fine.

Recheck all your electrical connections, especially grounds, make sure they are clean and tight.

Go to local junk yard for any relays you need, if you can find a 1990 Honda, take pics of engine wiring connections and compare to yours.
