1999 Honda Civic pulsating headlights/dashlights and rpm's

I recently changed my distibuter cap, sparkplugs, sparkplugs wires, rotor, coil and oygen scensors. Since then my headlights and dashlights are pulsating and my rpm's are fluctuating all in the same rythm. Any Ideas?
