I can't get the spark plugs to loosen up I am afraid they will break if I keep going. I am using a regular Honda spark plug remover with a tee handle. Can I put some liquid wrench down the valve cover hole? or should I take off the valve cover?

Hi daddymegl,

Run the engine and warm it up and try again.

Taking off the valve cover would get you nowhere.

If the normal wrench cannot work, you need a stronger box handle and socket.

Rust removers would not help much but you can try.

Overtightening would normally cause this
