White smoke

I have a 1985 honda accord with 345K miles on it. I just replaced the water pump and now whenever I start my car a puff of white smoke comes out of my tial pipe. Do you know what is going on?

Keep tabs on the coolant level in the vehicle. If it drops as I suspect, you would obviously have a leak and it could be into the engine. Now it could be a head problem or you might have an intake manifold gasket leak. Now sure if this year vehicle has fluid run through the intake manifold and into the engine block.
