Radiator Leak

I have a 1995 Honda accord with a v6 engine and 230,000 miles on it. My radiator is currently leaking not that much but enough. I wanted to ask is it okay to put radiator leak sealent in the radiator to see if it stops leaking.

Normally I might say yes on the older cars but I would locate on the internet or call around to the parts stores and get the radiator replaced. SOON. That problem if left unchecked will lead to overheating and other serious problems with the car.
