I am about to paint th bumber on my 1990 honda accord. The bumber is black, but has been faded my the sun over the years. What is the best way to go about doing this?

They usually get a couple of shots of primer and are painted the same as the rest of the vehicle. I bet there is a more flexible paint available but I am not sure about getting paint to match the rest of the car. I used to own a 90 accord and had it repainted. The bumper was sprayed with the rest of the car and looked fine. It worked fine, but once someone gives the vehicle a nice tap, the flexing of the bumper cracks the paint and it can start to flick off. However, I have a new accord as well and from the factory it responds the same with the tap and flicking off of the paint.
