I have Honda accord EX 4 cylinder 2003, about 60000 miles on it. I did regular service on it with synthetic oil and some minor stuff. But I was wondering about so called 60,000 miles service. I don't know if it is necessary to get it done. If it is necessary what thing we must get done and which thing we can avoid. I need a list like :

Change Oil
Rotate Tires
Check Brakes and others
Lubricate Hinges and others
Change Transmiision Fluid
Change AIr Filter
Change AC filter
Adjust Drive Belt
Service Battery Cable
and some other 15 point inspection.

I am also getting small sound while backing up my car. Whenever I put my car in back gear it gives some low pitch noise. Thanks in advance

Regards

Responding to this let me say this is your call on what is done. The tire rotation is something I would do. The brake inspection is something you could do. Checking belts you could do. I might consider the tranny fluid change. Maybe during the brake inspection you might find that the rear brake pads are getting down there and the scrap that warns is touching the rotor. One is set to scrap on reverse and the other on forward I believe. Check the brakes.
