Honda Accord lx 1998 160000 miles 4 cyl auto lx 4door/ 4 wheel drive

My gas mileage is only about 20 mpg for highway miles although car seems to be running as well as ever.

What repairs should I make for maximum gas mileage?

Give it a major tune-up and please have the oxygen sensors change
