I have a '91 Accord EX with a 132 CID engine and 232,768 miles. Both my cooling fans have stopped working. I checked the fuse and it's good. Both fans spin freely by hand. Can you help me?

Start with disconnecting both fans using jumper wire from fan to battery see if they work if not bad fan, next check fuses in the engine compartment also check the relay its in there too, I believe that each fan runs on separte circuit one for radiator and one for the condenser, but if that does not help than to check the radiator fan find the fan switch witch is located on the right side of the cylinder head, disconnect wires and with engine cold should have no continuity (the resistance between the terminals) and as the engine warms up someware around 180 or 190 degrees should show continuity, if not then fan switch is bad. (dont run the engine too long and get too hot) if you can find the other fan switch than same test to see if its bad.
