Air conditioning

94 accord lx w/ 150k miles on it. The ac was not blowing cold air so I took it to the shop. They checked for leaks by connecting a compressor and blowing air into the hose. No leaks were detected. The system was fully charged. AC put out cold air for about a month, then all of sudden it was blowing hot air again. I was told this could be the compressor slowing leaking air when it is running. Does this sound right? Should I trust buying a used compressor from a U-pull-it yard?

Have the garage install leak detecter, it can be picked up at a auto store it will show blue if there is a leak, ac is under high pressure then you can see if you need to get another compressor. You can get one from a junk yard, if the compressor has pressure when you start to take it off then it should be good. Remember to match the compressor up to the one you are replacing
