I have a 2005 Honda Accord LX 4 Dr Sedan V4 Engine. I recently had problems starting up my car every now and then after my car was stolen and left with a front end damage to the bumper and fender on the driver side. The battery wasn't damaged but I had it checked out and it was pushing about 12 volts but I swapped it with a new battery. After one week of use, the car just stopped working. I don't know if it's an alternator problem or possibly a spark plug problem. I even tried to jump start it and that doesn't work out. the timing belt turns just a little but not enough power goes through it to start the engine.

Are the battery cables clean ? Did they mess with the ignition when they stole it ?

The cables are clean and I had it relubricated. The car still receives power to light up all the lights and turn on the radio. As to the question of if they messed with the ignition, I have no clue but they put 500 miles on it when I first got the car back from the police impound.
