2004 Honda Accord oil drain plug

The car manual said a special tool is required to remove the case oil drain plug is this true?
I can't remove the plug and I just put wrench loosen on the plug?
Can you help?

LOL. There are lots of "special tools"

A regular metric wrench is all you need. Somewhere in the 15-17 mm range. Might want to get a washer for the drain plug ahead of time. The hondas are usually replaced on an oil change, but it may be fine to be reused.
