DTC P2254 - Front A/F Sensor (Bank 2, Sensor 1) VS Line High Voltage

DTC P0154 - Front A/F Sensor (Bank 2, Sensor 1) Heater System Malfunction

These codes refer to your vehicle's emission system, driving in this condition may cause poor fuel mileage. Other than that no harm will be done to vehicle.

My 2004 honda accord oil light and battery light is on. It turned it on it turned off. I turned back on and put my foot on the brake and switched back to the gas pedal quick just so I can drive it home. Car doesn't really want to turn on. And the belt turns really slowly. What can be the problem?
OB11 scanner the codes: M, F, CC, C, EV, O, OH, E pop up
No check engine is on.

This sounds like we have a number of different issues. The oil light is due to lower oil pressure and the battery light is due to lower battery voltage. They are not necessarily related. The codes that you got are all for the HVAC system so again, not related to the other issues.

I would suggest with starting with the oil pressure light as that is the most crucial. We need to hook up an oil pressure gauge and see what the actual pressure is. If it is low then we need to suspect the oil pump or possible larger engine issues. If it is not then there is a sensor issue. Not as crucial but still something you need to address. After that, you will need to have the battery and alternator tested to find out why you have low voltage.
