2004 Honda Accord Air conditioner not cooling

My 2004 Honda Accord Ex air conditioner is blowing cool air out of the vent on the passenger side and on the driver's side the vent is blowing out hot air. I can hear the air compressor kicking in. What is causing my air to do this?
