Whenever it rains or water hit's my car and I have my air or heat on my car makes like a screeching sound. I know it has something to do with my belts. But when I don't have my air or heat on it does not make the noise. Also it is kind of hard to turn whenever the air is on or the heat on and it's raining but when it off it's perfectly fine. Is there something that needs to be replaced on it?

Hi mrsthomas,

I would suggest checking the belts and auto tensioner.

The power steering, AC and alternator are drawn by a serpentins belt and if the belt is bad, it would slip and that can cause the screeching noise and steering to be heavy.
