2003 Honda Accord Radio Turns On & Off on its own

Lately I observe that I have to jump start my car in the morning frequently. More than two occasions in the morning before even opening I have observed the radio being on. that when I realized the reason for my battery being dead. Recently I also observe thatwhile I am driving and listening to the radio it shuts down on its own.
Is it issue with the radio or the cars computer.
The Radio with Single CD player is Original Honda OEM.
