My car makes a grinding noise while in motion and when you step on the gas. sometimes it also has an egg smell

The egg smell is most likely due to over-fueling. You are smelling sulphur from your hot catalytic convertor. It can also mean that your convertor has failed as well.

The grinding noise could be a wheel bearing, low brake lining or a rubbing backing plate.
