2002 Honda Accord solar/twilight sensor

I got a trouble code that the supply voltage to the Solar/twilight sensor is too high. Where is this sensor and how can I correct this problem

The DTC code # was 39, that says solar/twilight supply voltage high

Was obtained by shorting pin 4 and 9, and reading
the SRS flashing.

Still I do not have any thing on code 3 9 are you sure of the code s
I went and checked my books on SRS codes à  nothing
it jumps from 3 6 to 4 1 on codes
