Engine Performance problem
2001 Honda Accord 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi,
My 2001 accord v6 has a multiple missfire recentley. Replaced 3 coils because when I test it, shows that 3 of them are out of specs and compare the other 3 to the new ones. And also try to clean the egr port and replaced egr and engine still hesitate. Most of the time engine check light on and always get the same dtc (random multiple missfire no2,3,5 and 6 but I noticed that always the 6) Not to mention I replaced all plugs before I try to diagnosed the problem. The car has 90k miles. Never missed any maintenace. timing belt was replaced about 80k miles.Compression is good. So i just wondering if this is something to do with fuel system. Is it a bad injectors will do this? what about the fuel pump. And what i observed everytime i check are the engine misfire or hesitate when the fuel level is below half tank. I can also hear the muffler like a backfire or some sort.
