I recently replaced the engine in my '01 Honda Accord v6 due to a snapped timing belt. During the down time waiting on some parts/help I decided to replace my drivers side fuse box due to problems with a lot of the fuses fitting extremely lose. I finished the engine install yesterday afternoon, went to start the car and nothing.

what didn't work-----
Starter didn't click
Didn't hear the fuel pump
radio didn't come on
cig lighter didn't work
climate controls didn't work
gauges didn't work
car wouldn't come out of park

what worked-----
dinger (bell that dings when key is left in etc..)
brake lights
head lights
horn
gauges lit up
door lights
dome lights
turn signals

I checked the Stop fuse under the hood and it's still good. I haven't ran through all the fuses in the new box but I'm assuming the are all fine since it's brand new and was installed with the battery out of the car. I don't think the battery was dead enough to NOT power half of the car since it was hooked to a battery charger at the time I went to start the car. I've read a bit on the main relay and it doesn't seem like that is my problem. I'm open to any suggestions as this has stumped me.
