Hi, my 01 Accord Coupe wants to accelerate at its own will. I can be crusing in 5th gear and it feels like it is losing power. It is even worse changing gears cause it boggles down, jerk like crazy and it is very embarrassing. I have taken it in for a diagnostics and no errors came up. I'm not a mechanicalling inclined female, but I know a little from being around my brother and uncles fixing on cars, and I think it is my fuel injectors, filter or pump. Not sure, cause I was told by someone that it could just be a sensor. I want to get this problem fixed asap, but want to have an idea of what it is before a mechanic try to get over on a lady. Please tell me what you think it could be so I will have an idea. Thank you
