My 2000 Honda Accords Engine runs great 99% of the time. However, about every 4-5 ignitions it stumbles a bit at start up but doesnt stall only looses power and usually when warm. It takes about 15 seconds to get back to normal idle speed, after that it runs great. The fuel injectors are clean as well as new spark plugs and coils. I dont think the fuel pump is faulty because it doesnt happen every time. Any constructive help would be greatly appreciated since i dont know why this is.

The only thing I can say is check fuel pump pressure. Also, has the car been tuned up reciently?

Yes, about 7 months ago(2000 Honda Accord V6 needs a tune up every 105,000 according to OEM). The problem started just after so I took it to get the spark plugs checked out as well as the connections and tech could not find anything wrong because they could not reproduce the problem. Battery charge is good as well.

Without the check engine light, it's hard to identify this type of problem. You most likely have an intermitent problem with a throttle position sensor or the idle air control valve. However, if they don't act up long enough to set the light, we are stuck guessing.

Should I check the fuel pump fuse relay and battery charge since the Power Control Module needs an adequate supply of voltage to operate correctly?

That would be a good idea.
