2000 Honda Accord Sticky Gas Pedal

I have a 2000 Honda Ex V6 3.0 Accord. It has ALWAYS had a sticky accelerator since its purchase. We have always believed the dealship when t said it just needed a cleaning. I finally think I need to repalce teh throttle body unit? Is this my solution? if so what might a servie like this cost?
