I recently bought this car about 3 months ago and since then we have changed the timing belt, water pump, new belts, spark plugs, oil changes every 3,000 miles and i have noticed that when im sitting still in park that my rmps rise and lower just a little. But it only does it when the A/C is on. Could that be the computer not knowing where to idle the car when the A/C is on?

Hi Cweaver016,

Thank you for the donation.

A fluctuation in the idling speed especially when the compressor engages indicate the idling systm is not working perfectly.

The throttle body and IAC requires some cleaning to rectify.
