P1486 Thermostat Range/Performance Problem - You should be able to just follow the upper hose from the radiator to the engiine and the thermostat is right there.

OBD2 Code

P1486 Evap Leak Monitor Pinched Hose.

Which indicated that there is a colapsed vacuum line somewhere.

It should be fairly easy just look at the hoses you should see one that has flatten out. Also look for any that look like them have been soaked with oil it may have swollen the hose and restricted flow.
