2000 Honda Accord 4 cyl Automatic 130k miles

My Honda Accord 2000 2dr ex 4cyl with 130k miles was working fine up til today. I made a couple stops at the store. I parked it and then a few hrs later, it wouldn't start. I tried jumping it but it still wont start. Then i took out the starter and had it checked, and Kragen told me the starter is fine. When i try to start it, it only makes one click noise. I just bought my battery a week ago... would could be the problem? Thanks

If the starter click and it doesn't start, it would be the starter.

Either your starter is not engaging or the engine is frozen! Did you check your engine oil level?
Turn your wheels all the way to the right and with engine off put the parking brake on and gear in neutral. Turn the crankshaft with a 19mm socket to see if crank turns or not.
