2000 Honda Accord Changing transmission fluid and filter

Where is the transmission fluid drain plug and is there pan to drop with a standard type transmission filter to change?

I can not see the transmission pan or the drain plug

AutoZone told me not to change the fluid or filter myself but to take it to a Honda Dealer

Hi horseguy99,

The drainplug is at side of trans end. It is a square key type bolt ( 3/8 ").

There is no oil pan for this model and filter is maintenance free type.
