2000 Honda Accord

When I turn the ac on it works for a few mins. Then it quit's blowing cold air, I have to tap the ac. Button next to the ac cont. Knob in order to get it working again, then about a min or two latter the cold air goes out again, I think the problem could be a relay? But i'm not sure, can any one help?

I would check the 134A
its very possible to be low
check system pressure low and high
clean the condenser
make sure radiator fan is operating when AC on

Hi wartoy,

If what BMRFIXIT sugggested are all in order, you might have a possible fault with the control panel.

Some of the electronics or contacts inside the unit is not performing well. Check for a loose connector as well.
