i replaced my thermostat and checked fuses and swapped relays for the cooling fans. I have no power coming from the harness to the cooling fans. Could this be a temp sensor issue or is there something else I should check?

Hi grifsa,

The cooling fan relay must have 1 powered terminal at all times and another when ignition switch is turned ON. If constant power is not available, you need to check underhood
Fuse # 57 ( 20A ) Radiator fan
Fuse # 58 ( 20A ) Condenser fan.

If igniton switch on power is not available, check underdash
Fuse # 3 (7.5 A )
Fuse # 6 ( 15 A )

If all ok, check the radiator fan control module (behind glove box) Try bridging the fan switch with igniton swtch turned to ON.
