Hello I have a 99 honda accord I went to start it up and I heard the fuel wnet on,but I try to start it up it sounds like it were choking like it wanted to start.The only thing I have done were trying to clean it with a fuel injection cleaner,so I took the air duct out and spray and try to start it up,it started without the air duct but when I tried to give it gas it stopped.So I'm thinking maybe I got hold to some bad gas or something.
