1999 Honda Accord Dash and radio turn off while driving

While driving, the car radio and console shuts down just for a second. Been happening for 2 weeks. All the needles go to zero(RPM, Speedometer). This morning first attempt car didn't start. No clicking or any noises while trying to start. It started on the second attempt like normal. Clock and radio settings were lost. This is the first time since this problem started that everything was reset. All fuzes look fine. Battery is less than a year old.
