My started making a loud clunking noise yesterday. The noise happens when I accelerate and de-accelerate. The steering wheel is also vibrating when I drive it. The noise is coming from the front. No clunking noise when I am in reverse or when I turn.

I just had new pads and rotors put on the front brakes about a month ago. Any idea what this may be?

Have the CV axles checked.

I just got done driving it again. The clunking and steering wheel vibration gets gets worse as I am slowing down and not braking. When I am braking there is no clunking. When I accelerate it still clunks but not as bad as when I take my foot off the gas.

You need to look at the CV axle. I say that because when they are worn out they can clunk as you say. When you accelerate the joints are tight with the pressure of the acceleration and thus quiet. When you let off the accelerator the axle and the joints are able to relax and not have the pressure on them. This allows the play in the joints and causes the clunking, if indeed that is what it is. You should be able to look under the car at the boots of the axle and if there is any grease or tears in the boot or even a feeling of play in the axle - replace it.
