My 1999 honda accord lx auto 135k is stalling for the last 6 months. CEL is on. CM in Virginia told me need to change evap solenoid and later said no need. now another CM in texas told me to change the canister vent shut value after doing smoke test.

last year observed 3 or 4 times stalled in the parking lots and started immediately. last 2 months stalled at around 5pm in hot texas times. starts after a minute and stalls 3 or 4 times with in 30 minutes. After that no problem for a week. Midas serviced for power flush, brake flush, transmission flush, fuel injection service and big tuneup all at the same day (does all are required at the same time - does any overrides others). Stalled 2 times after the service. they disconned fuel lines and connected meters and checked. found nothing wrong. Strangely now i see no stalling in the last 2 weeks.
IS CEL canister relates to satllsing ?
Is fuel injection cleanes any junk?
Still I need to change the canister shut value for info.
