Electrical problem
1999 Honda Accord 4 cyl

A few weeks ago, the car began to have problems starting. Turn key and nothing. Everything else seems to work fine - lights, etc. Ususally starts after numerous attempts over 30-49 minutes. And, will go for periods starting fine without any problem. Any ideas? Thanks!

Tried it in both park and neutral. I've been told that it could be the master relay but this morning the dealership said that, if it was the relay, the engine would turn over but not start. Fuse, maybe?
