I have a 1999 Honda Accord with 130k miles. The car does not start even after replacing the following parts:

battery, ignition switch, and main relay. The lights on the dash stay on, but the car does not make any ignition or clicking noises. Lately the dash lights will stay on even after turning the switch off and have to disconnect the battery.

Any ideas/suggestions or trouble shooting techniques? I'm pretty handy and can change most parts.

Check the starter cut relay(see diagram for location),also the immobilizer unit might be causing the problem, it is an anti-theft module that disables the ignition if an attempt is made to start the engine without a computer-coded key or fob or key may wear out.check all grounds.
(check your email for the diagrams)
