1999 Honda Accord
In my Honda, whenever I turn the windshield wipers on they end up crossing. From the driver's point of view, the left one only goes up and down 1/2 way or so, and the right one operates normally. This means that they end up colliding as the right one comes to a T with the left one. This happened once before in cold weather but I'm not sure if that's a factor.
Please let me know if you have advice.
