Okay real simple and sweet.I had a wreck, demolished the front of my car. I have completely rebuild it new radiator support, radiator, condenser, fender, hood, bumper the whole 9 yards. Everything went back together great. Then.I went to put the mechanical stuff back, still all went good. Got everything back except, coming off I think the AC compressor [It's on the Pass side of the car oppisite of the battery] (And I think the piece I'm about to talk about. Is called the stator set but don't hold me to it, just what I think from looking on the net) There is a wire that looks like it's coming off a metal clip on the compressor that looks like it had a connector on it at one time and now basically looks like it has had something ripped/stripped off it.

Then in the head light harness, I have (from pass-driv side, ) I have my 3 light connectors, then (the?Connector that I don't have anything that fits) then my 2 fan connectors, then the same head light connectors on the other side. No Mysterious connector ion the driver’s side.

So I start the car and the fans never come on, now assuming that I have a plug/connector not pligged in and something hanging off that looks like it used to have a plug/connector on it.I am wondering if this is the cause of the fans not coming on. Any ideas?

WOW and I said the short version.I didn't mean to get so long with you. Any way. Any help would be appreciated it.

(Sorry I have looked everywhere can't find any pics of the harness or the little connector that's been ripped off.)

Did the old radiator have a fan switch mounted in it? Some Hondas have a temp switch for the cooling fans mounted in the radiator. The other wire is off a/c compressor plug? Simple one is ground (usually grounded right on the comp) and the other is power for the clutch.

Well the only thing that came off the radiator fans were to connectors (female) that fit two (Male) connectors that were in the wiring harness with the headlight harness. As far as a Switch on the fans inside, I never saw one. Just coming from the fans or the radiator housing? Just directly off the fan motors were the two wires that went right to the connectors that plugged into the harness.
So they connected up fine. It's just I have an extra connector, Man I wish I could get you a picture of that connector I know that would be easier for you all.

Then the wire that's hanging off the AC compressor, the one that looks like somethings been tore off it. Looks like it has a little resistor right before the end where it is stripped off at (resistor is blue). Also wanted to clarify, this one little thin wire that I am talking about that appears something looks like it's been ripped off it...I can't see up to what it's exactly connected to, but from what I can feel, it's like a very thin piece of tin like cover or rounded little shield that goes around the compressor on the outside. What I have circled in the picture is what "I THINK " is where the wire is tore off. Another words in the picture where that connector is on in what I have circled...my connector is not there, it just looks like something has been rippied off. What is that for? Or what does it do?

God I hope that's not the wrong part and I am screwing a chance of you guys diagnosing this all up! LOL! I'm an idiot! Ha Ha!

Well, this is wierd probably, me replyign to my reply, but wanted to give you all an update. I found a guy at my work that I really don't know but he was nice enough to let me look under the hood of his 2000 Honda Accord. And it was exactly as I had hoped/thought/expected. The little Extra Connector/Plug that I have with nothing to plug it into, plugs into the connector that "used" to be on the end of that wire that comes of the AC compressor that "on my car anyways" is tore off.

I still don't have a clue as to what this piece or plug is, I suppose all I need to get is the connector that used to go on to this wire. But how does one order it when I don't even know what it is or what to call it to order it? LOL! Aahh the irony!

Well again any help would be appreciated! Thanks for your time!
