I have a 98 Honda Accord that is not starting, I checked the spark plugs and they are sparking. I did notice that they were bone dry after I tried to start the car several times. I do here the fuel pump go on when I turn the key and the dashboard lights go on. Im thinking its the fuel injectors but I really have no idea. Please help, Thanks

First step would be to measure fuel pressure via the fuel filter banjo bolt.

Second test would be to see if the fuel injectors are getting it's pulse.

If you are not getting fuel, one of these steps will fail.
