I have just recently changed my timing belt and balancer belts along with the water pump and other outer belts. I couldn't seem to find a way to adjust the tensioners. Can you explain the process? The new outer belts hum alot and can be sqeaky when first starting the car. The vehical also seems to be a little sluggish. The cars starts up fine and I haven't quite checked the timing mark to see if it's a little off. Could this cause the cars to feel somewhat sluggish? Do you think ordering the outer belts from the dealer would be a better choice and cut down on the humming noise from the new belts? It seems the new belts have shorter ribs compared with the old belt which seems to formed a better seat.
Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

Robert
