1998 Honda Accord starting

My car wouldn't start so I changed the battery and the negative cable but it still will not crank.I can get it to crank with a jump box or if someone jumps me off.I would like to know whats else could be causeing this?

Could be the ignition switch/starter cut relay/AT gear position switch and starter itself

I don't think it's any of that stuff you metioned because it will crank with a jump? What does that mean
