Car will not start, seems that there is no power going to fuel pump. Tried replacing fuel pump, still will not start, any ideas, thanks,

if you believe no power to fuel pump then the first thing to check would be the fuse for the fuel pump circuit. if its good then move on to checking/testing the fuel pump relay. if this is OK as well then the wiring harness at the pump should be inspected.
