Hi diedee123,

Here is a description of the possible causes :

Vehicle Moves In "D4", "D3", "2" & "1", But Not In "R" Position

Shift Fork Shaft Stuck
Modulator Valve Defective
Reverse CPC Valve Defective
4th Accumulator Defective
4th Clutch Defective
Reverse Gears Worn/Damaged.

To rectify you would have to rebuilt the trans.
