1998 Honda Accord ball joint

There's excessive movement in the drivers side front tire which causes the car to pull to the right. It seems to me the problem may be the ball joint. Does this sound accurate to you? If so how difficult/ expensive is it to replace? And last but not least, how long can u drive in this condition before it causes other damage and/or a dangerous situation?

its not too hard of a job if you have the tools. a lift would be amazing.

secondly i wouldn't drive to much more in that condition. because if that lets go you will loose control of the vehicle.
