I am having trouble with a 1998 Honda Accord DX Automatic transmission. The transmission seem to be slipping out of gear. When the car is cold, it shifts fine. After driving about 15 to 20 miles, the transmission starts to slip out of gear. Also, it will down shifting to a low gear. Will changing the fluid help? any other suggestion

Hi there,

Servicing the transmission will be a help, but i would get a transmission specialist to test and report as there will be a few tests that that will be needed to be done to confirm the problem.
